ATT Agency is a creative studio operating as a registered limited liability company. “ATT,” “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to ATT Agency. “You” refers to the person or business using this website or engaging ATT for services.

2. Using this website

You may browse attagency.co for any lawful purpose. You may not attempt unauthorized access, harm ATT or its clients, harvest site content at scale, or commercially redistribute our work without written permission.

3. Our content

Copy, layouts, code, photography, video, and case-study materials on this site are owned by ATT or licensed to us. Client names, trademarks, and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

4. Projects, retainers, and quotes

Any scope, price, or timeline discussed on this site is illustrative until both parties sign a separate written agreement. Submitting the contact form does not create a contract. Media spend and third-party platform charges are separate from ATT’s fees unless an agreement explicitly says otherwise.

6. Third-party links and tools

The site links to client work, portfolios, Google Drive, email, and other external services. Their own terms and privacy practices apply when you use them.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ATT and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of this website. Paid project work is governed by its separate signed agreement.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Colorado law. Disputes related to this website will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Boulder County, Colorado.
